This isn’t a PowerBlock-specific limitation but a drawback with all dumbbells. You may quickly outgrow your PowerBlocks if you’re progressive overloading regularly. I’m talking about movements like the squat and deadlift. Lower body exercises are inherently limited by the weight of the dumbbell (which don’t go very high relative to how big your leg muscles are).
